If the artwork requires modification, you will be notified of any additional charges. There is no art set up charge if the artwork is make-ready. No work will commence prior to written approval. Every order will be proofed electronically or by fax.
Design & creating camera ready artwork available at $75.00 per hour, with a minimum of 1hour per design.
Gift packaging and custom design available, please call for quotation.
30% deposit upon approval of project, balance COD or approved credit terms.

Standard-lead time one to two weeks from artwork approval. Two to four weeks for orders over 100 pieces. Rush service available upon request.

Engraving mistakes are checked for accuracy against customer-supplied text and approved art proofs. If we cause an error, we will replace it immediately at our sole expense. Customer errors are replaced and re-billed with a courtesy discount. No refunds or returns of custom engraving.
Optical Crystal: 100% Clarity and High Polish Standard. Some minor bubbles (nearly invisible) will occur in glue seams, and are not considered flaws.
Glass: Near-perfect clarity, with some minor bubbles and flow-lines inherent to the pouring process are considered acceptable.
Fine Lead Crystal: Bubbles, "chill marks" and flow lines are inherent to handcrafted crystal with 24-32% lead content. This is considered acceptable.
Marble: Natural stone contains many variations. Color changes between similar pieces and "veins" are normal and acceptable.
